BUSINESS ACCOUNTS 2025 UPDATES

Our Business Accounts system is being revamped and that means that all active business accounts will be deactivated starting January 1st. To reactivate your account, we will need your company’s new 2025 resale tax certificate Business Certificate (or EIN for states that do not have a resale tax cert). 

Once we receive the updated certificate or equivalent, you will receive an email to agree to our revised terms and conditions. Please READ them carefully and complete the signing process. Once we get your signature, we can reactivate the account so that you can continue ordering at a discounted rate.

Main Points:

1. Business accounts prices will see a higher discount price starting 2025

2. Not all business accounts will be renewed starting 2025

3. Retail prices will see an increase starting 2025

1) Due to an increase in demand, we are increasing production and lowering costs on software licensing and other parts which will be reflected in the final price.

2) We need to prioritize stock and shipping to the accounts that purchase more often and collaborate with us following our terms and conditions.

We’ve seen an uptick of products being returned in a heavily used, damaged, or modified condition. Seeing that we are providing these products at such a lower cost means that our expectations of respect for the products and our policies are at a higher level. 

3)  Due to a higher amount of time dedicated to support, retail purchasers will see an increase in prices.

BUSINESS ACCOUNTS 2025 REGISTRATION

The following steps must be completed in order to become a business account holder:

1.   E-mail a copy of the state's Resale Tax Certificate to info@spiralaudio.com (this is not a business license) 

2.   Open an account with us here: Register

3.   Once the company is verified, you will receive a secondary e-mail that you will need to respond to

4.  Business account will be activated and you will receive a third e-mail letting you know

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT HOLDERS:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If a product is returned for any reason including being defective (within 30-days of purchase) an account credit will be applied for future use; NO REFUNDS.  Defective products will be exchanged for a replacement within 30-days of purchase or repaired under warranty within 1-year of purchase. (Refer to activation email for more specific information)
  
  
• Not seeing a discount on a part you have in your shopping cart?  Discounted pricing DOES NOT SHOW on "Installation Bundles". To receive the business account pricing, products must be ordered separately (itemized).  For assistance with part numbers, use the Business Account contact information provided in the activation e-mail.
  
  
• Regular shipping costs do not apply to businesses located in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us prior to your purchase for an accurate shipping quote. If an order is placed without confirmation, it will be held until the shipping cost is verified and covered.
  
  

• Violations of our terms and conditions will result in cancellation of the Business Account at our sole discretion.
