• The IX-Series of interfaces for Mercedes Benz with D2B fiber optic lines require to terminate the fiber cables. It can be time consuming and a little more complex. 
• With this ADD-ON there is no need to terminate the fiber lines or replace the fiber lines. Just plug and play
• We offer a refund of $50 if you send us back the plugs and terminals removed from the vehicle at the time of installation (Instructions included will describe the offer)
