- Retains vehicle's factory Steering Wheel Controls (if equipped) when installed with a SWC compatible aftermarket radio (Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, and off-brand aftermarket radios)
- Retains factory backup camera (single camera only; not compatible with 360° Surround View systems). Excludes 2009–2010 models, except Panamera.
- Retains factory USB input
- Retains factory AUX input
- Retains balance (fade is not retained)
- Provides Navigation Outputs (VSS, Reverse and Parking Break)
- Provides 12-volt accessory power
- Allows for the installation of aftermarket radio using existing factory wiring and connectors
