DECEMBER 2025

Season's Greetings!

The holiday season is nearly here and this year; to give our dedicated team ample time to rest and spend quality time with their loved ones, our offices will be closed for our annual holiday break from December 22nd to January 6th. We will resume normal operations on Wednesday, January 7th. 

We value the importance of a work-life balance for our employees and believe this break helps us come back refreshed and ready to provide you with the best customer service this new year.

Here’s what you need to know:

We will still be accepting orders: you can continue to place your orders through the website as normal.

Shipping schedule: all orders placed during our closure will begin shipping, in the order they were received, on Wednesday, January 7th. 

Communication: we will be monitoring emails; however, our response time will be slower than normal during this period. We kindly ask for your patience as we manage the reduced staff.

MAY 2025 – Update

With all the talk about the instability of the current market and the tariff situation, we felt it necessary to provide an update on how our company plans to face the uncertainty. We have had to make some adjustments to our team and product focus, and these changes will hopefully allow us to keep steady without having to drastically increase prices. 

As for our team, we will be running leaner but will still be prioritizing product quality and expertise. We will also be focusing on streamlining as many things as possible for our customers, including tech support. 

We will continue to concentrate on components made, assembled, and programmed solely in the USA and Europe. With this focus, we will be able to keep the price increases minimal for most of our products.

We will be closely monitoring the circumstances and adjusting where necessary but will try to be as transparent as possible. We are happy to be an independent company that sells directly to our customers. Operating this way, designing our products and not relying on intermediaries, allows us to produce solutions that not only benefit us, but our customers too.
